My name is Rachelle Maas, and I am the founder and owner of Healthy Reflections, a wellness and aesthetic practice that blends advanced clinical knowledge with a personalized, integrative approach to care. My journey in healthcare began in 2004 as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and over the years I worked my way up to become a Nurse Practitioner – a path that has given me a deep appreciation for every level of patient care. 

Throughout my nursing career, I have gained extensive experience across multiple specialties, including orthopedic and trauma care, medical-surgical units, pre-operative and recovery services, as well as intensive care in both pediatric and adult cardiac settings. These diverse clinical environments have shaped me into a well-rounded, adaptable, and compassionate provider.

Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner I have worked in an integrative medical office, delivering primary care alongside regenerative therapies. This role allowed me to expand my practice philosophy – treating not just symptoms, but the whole person. I hold certifications in neurotoxins and dermal fillers which allow me to offer high-quality, minimally invasive aesthetic treatments with safety, precision, and an eye for natural beauty. 

Healthy Reflections was born from my passion for helping individuals feel strong, healthy, and confident – inside and out. My mission is to create a space where clinical excellence meets personal transformation, and where every patient receives care that reflects who they are and who they aspire to be.
